I work with hides and skins everyday. I use a powerwasher all the time for this task. Someday I will better understand how primitive people actually did
work the hides, but only because of the technology available through our fingertips today and through using it and time actually spent first hand practicing
the skills I have learned. I have gained almost all of my initial knowledge of the art of braintanning from what I have picked up on the internet. I am taking
what I have learned from various websites and going on with that knowledge to search for more knowledge on these subjects of study.
Primitive braintanning is connected to high tech braintanning.. it is all one circle.
Try walking in my shoes before you judge me. You may not like the fit however as they may most likely be wet and full of deerhair.
